This new product from SL-Laser comes with a pre-configured Pocket PC packed with the latest technical features to conquer the complicated challenges of measuring and templating 2D or 3D objects. This is an integrated all-in-one solution as a mobile measurement/templating solution for one-man use in construction and manufacturing. Time for collecting measurements instead of developing templates is dramatically reduced. And everyone knows “time is money”, but that’s not the whole story...
The ProCollector does not only measure coordinates, but is able to project your construction plans directly onto the walls and floors. Each point of the drawing can be projected in real size 1:1 ---without water levels, without measuring tape – flawless, just like the plan shows it.
- Mark the wall layout of a complete floor, locate sockets and light switches, install chair rail and wainscoting, arched millwork, staircases – everything is there at a glance.
- Quickly digitize a boat hull and windshield instead of paper templating in order to make custom boat covers or teak inserts/accessories.

No matter which object has to be measured – horizontal, vertical or diagonal in 3D space – you only have to give a reference level with 3 points to ProCollector. A highly visible laser beam is sent to the measuring point, the coordinate is captured, saved and a drawing is automatically created by these data points. It's as simple as "drawing" at the right place --- the newly created CAD drawing matches exactly.

Digitize the inside of a hull, surface it, and then use TopSolid to design the interior of the boat with all interior fittings etc --- and send the finished designs to CNC equipment for manufacturing.
Digitize the outside of the hull and windshield with the ProCollector, surface it in Rhino, create a design for a custom boat cover or bimini top, the flatten it with one of our other products, and send it to your CNC cutter.
